Well based on the numbers, and presuming they don't really change much in the 44 days the poll has left, the 4 main winners seem to be: Lamia, Arachne, Mimic, and Centaur.
All 4 of those have 3 digits in votes. The next 2 with a decent count, and presuming it'll be 6 total monster girls for the final poll, are the Sphinx and Mershark, with the former having a minor lead over the latter
Edit: Forgot to add that as it stands right now, a bit less than half of Devs total patron members have cast their votes( 1,047 out of a total of 2,929 subs/followers). And yes, the poll is multichoice in case someone wanted to math out the votes numbers in my pic, to the total amount of voters

This Dev doesn't take commissions or anything like that from what I've seen though. They add what they want to add with some input in direction through polls like the one I posted about, but they don't decide to add something because somebody paid X amount. So I really don't see any OC's and shit getting added to this game.

I really suspect this is a longshot of a wish, but I really hope the developer will add some of those to the game. Or perhaps oversized dog cocks. Sadly I have a feeling we won't necessarily see either one, even on one of the NPCs, given that a lot of furries for some weird reason dislike having bestial genitalia on a furry futa. So a tail, paws, fur, animal ears and basically everything else is fine, but a non-human cock is somehow "a bridge too far?" Man... As a committed quasi-furry, that just disappoints me when I see it...

What I DON'T see happening, at least for NOW, is hyper sizes on characters. I do emphasize on FOR NOW thought, because there is a content toggle labeled "Extreme Breast Expansion" in the game, so MAYBE there'll be even bigger sizes for parts down the line, but who knows. Me personally, I'm not too big a fun of Hyper sized parts, so I hope it doesn't go too much further from the sizes already on display
